General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cv6yy ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the cv6yy website located at cv6yy.net, including all associated services, products, games, promotional offers, and features made available through the platform.

By accessing cv6yy.net, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or wagering activity offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the cv6yy platform.

cv6yy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an on-platform notice. Your continued use of cv6yy following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms should be read alongside cv6yy's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific Bonus Terms that apply to individual promotions. Each of those documents forms part of the overall agreement between you and cv6yy.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to cv6yy and participation in any real-money gaming or wagering activity is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. cv6yy operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a nominee, proxy, or representative of any third party when registering an account or placing wagers.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of cv6yy or any of its technology, payment, or content partners, where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.

cv6yy uses age and identity verification procedures aligned with international iGaming standards. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued identification document — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by our verification team will result in temporary account restriction and may lead to permanent closure.

By registering an account on cv6yy, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information during registration, including falsely representing your age, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Account Registration and Verification

To access real-money games and sportsbook markets on cv6yy, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You are required to provide, at minimum, a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid BDT payment method registered in your name.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) cv6yy account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through the use of shared devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where cv6yy detects or reasonably suspects multiple account activity, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonus winnings forfeited, and any legitimate real-money balance reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cv6yy account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any other person. cv6yy will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs as a result of your failure to keep credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately.

cv6yy reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an existing account, or request additional documentation at any time, at our sole discretion, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that account activity is irregular, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.

Deposits and Withdrawals

cv6yy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the payment methods listed on the platform. Supported payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and standard bank transfer. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum single deposit: Subject to the limits specified on the Cashier page, which may vary by payment method. Deposits are credited to your cv6yy account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to eligibility verification. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: 10 to 30 minutes for verified accounts
• Visa / Mastercard: 3 to 5 business days
• Bank Transfer: 2 to 4 business days

cv6yy reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the account is under investigation for potential fraud or Terms violation; (c) the withdrawal request includes funds associated with an active bonus that has not yet met its wagering requirement; or (d) there is a reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime. In such cases, cv6yy will notify the player and request the documentation necessary to resolve the hold.

All payment methods used on cv6yy must be registered in the legal name of the account holder. Third-party payments — deposits or withdrawals made using accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

Bonus and Promotions Policy

cv6yy offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and T20 World Cup tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which must be read and accepted at the time of opt-in.

The following general bonus rules apply across all cv6yy promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited as non-withdrawable bonus funds until the associated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, where applicable). The exact multiplier is stated on each promotion's individual terms page.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games may contribute 10%–20%; sports bets contribute subject to the specific promotion's stated rules.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• Bonuses are not transferable and carry no cash value prior to the satisfaction of wagering requirements.
• cv6yy reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or cancel bonus funds at any time where abuse of the promotion system is suspected.

Players who do not wish to participate in bonus offers may opt out by contacting support before making a deposit. Once a bonus has been credited to an account and wagers have been placed, it is not possible to retroactively remove the bonus and convert the associated funds to a standard cash balance.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using cv6yy, you agree to act in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. You are personally responsible for all activity that takes place under your cv6yy account. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potentially legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one cv6yy account under any identity.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play strategy designed to circumvent normal game mechanics in live casino or poker environments.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, game glitches, or payment processing errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a platform error are void and must be returned.
• Using cv6yy for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime. cv6yy cooperates with law enforcement authorities investigating financial crimes and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Accessing cv6yy using a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation service to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cv6yy support staff or other players through any platform communication channel.

cv6yy reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected and to take appropriate action — including temporary restriction, permanent closure, or referral to relevant authorities — without prior notice to the player involved.

Platform and Gaming Rules

cv6yy operates as an aggregator of casino games and sports betting markets provided by third-party software suppliers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. The rules governing each individual game are set by the software provider and are accessible within the game interface. cv6yy is not responsible for errors or outages originating within third-party game software, though we will work with the relevant provider to resolve disputes fairly.

In relation to sports betting markets, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are settled in accordance with the official result as reported by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). cv6yy's determination of a bet's outcome is final.
• Bets placed after an event's official start time may be voided at cv6yy's discretion.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to network latency. Bets placed after a material in-play event (e.g., a wicket, a goal) but received by our servers before the result was registered in our system may be voided.
• cv6yy reserves the right to void, suspend, or limit betting markets on any event at any time without prior notice, particularly where match integrity concerns exist.
• Maximum payout limits per event are displayed on the relevant market page. cv6yy will not pay winnings in excess of the stated maximum, regardless of the staked amount.

Account Suspension and Closure

cv6yy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass age or identity verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. Dormant accounts with a BDT balance will be subject to an administrative fee of ৳100 per month after the inactivity period. The remaining balance, if any, will be returned to the player upon successful reactivation and identity re-verification.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion through cv6yy's Responsible Gaming tools.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting cv6yy support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned via the player's registered BDT payment method, subject to any applicable withdrawal conditions being met.

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or enforced — any active bonus funds and associated wagering progress will be immediately voided. Real-money balances will be handled in accordance with the specific closure reason and applicable Terms.
